Surveillance – explained…

Surveillance Investigation is the secretive or covert and continuous watching of persons, vehicles, computers, places or objects to obtain information concerning the activities and identities of individuals. Most surveillance investigations are conducted in an attempt to obtain evidence of a crime, safeguard persons, places or things, or establish an individual's hidden activities.

Our Surveillance Investigation results most typically establish a person's routine activities and associates, as well as establishing an assessment of the individual’s life style and spending habits. Also obtained is the possible location of hidden property or employment location and information. Our Surveillance Investigations help in preparing schedules and timetables of persons for analysis when conducting further investigations. Our Investigators are trained to obtain information which will help develop leads on legally admissible evidence for court use.

 With the ability to respond to a variety of needs, surveillance is conducted using proven methods that maximize results and minimize costs.  State-of-the-art color video and digital cameras are utilized.  Our technical capabilities permit rapid deployment of the most sophisticated technical investigative equipment available.  Mobile CCTV systems, and consensual monitornig are available.  Our agents and consultants have years of practical experience in the use of these devices and we will recommend technical solutions when they fit your objectives.

The Following is a List of Some of the Basic Information Desired Before Beginning a Surveillance Investigation:

• Vehicle Make, Model, and Color

• Place of employment

• Dates and Times of Employment

• Known Local "Hang-Outs" And/Or Associates

• Routes Commonly Traveled to and from Residence and/or Work

• Local Gas Stations Utilized

• Restaurants frequented

• Any other daily habits

Additional information regarding Surveillance Investigations

Surveillance investigations are unpredictable and results cannot be guaranteed.  In some cases, surveillance is the most desired form of investigation in order to obtain sound evidence of a specific activity.  That being said, it must be realized that the Subject guides the investigation, and results can only be obtained when the Subject is observed in the specific conditions required by the assignment.

If the subject goes to work late one day or leaves home earlier than usual, changes may be required.   For vehicular surveillance, it is recommended that two surveillance vehicles participate due to changes in traffic and unpredictable driving styles.  It is also recommended that the budgetary limits are established prior to initiation of surveillance investigations.  When preparing to initiate an investigation involving surveillance, the maximum possible hours of surveillance (based on your budget) should be determined and discussed with the Investigator.

The Investigations Fee Structure outlines the cost for surveillance, however, we offer multiple pricing structures to discount pricing on investigations which would require more time than a typical investigation.
